In our latest edition of Employment Matters we examine two cases that will resonate with many employers and from which practical guidance can be taken. The first looks at when cost becomes a factor in deciding whether or not to make an adjustment, as a result of someone’s disability. The second looks at how tribunals will typically examine an employer’s response to finding that an employee has made derogatory comments online. Lastly, the proposed changes to unfair dismissal legislation are scrutinised.
