The Scottish Government continues with  implementation of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 by issuing a consultation paper on the Permitted Development Rights for Micro-generation Equipment on Non-Domestic Properties. The proposals will enable developments falling within the thresholds to proceed without the need for an application for planning permission.  Views are sought on the threshold levels and should be submitted by 8 October 2010. For more information please click here.

Consultation remains open on the Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 2010 until 27 August 2010. For more information please click here.

The consultation period for Planning Obligations and Good Neighbour Agreements Regulations 2010 concludes on Friday 30 July 2010. For more information please click here.
